How do I pay?
You can pay securely with your credit card or with PayPal ,After Pay.

How long will my order take?
Your product will be dispatched within 3 working days after you place the order.

Can I see my design before the final version is sent to me?

Yes. For most of our custom orders, you will receive a draft before the final design is sent to you to ensure you are happy and all the details are correct. Please keep an eye on your email inbox. If you have not heard from us, please check your spam folder. Proofs that have not been approved within 48 hours will be shipped without approval.

 

How long will it take for me to receive a draft of my artwork?

We will send within 2 business days.

 

Postage & delivery

All domestic Australian orders are sent by Australia Post standard parcel post service. 

You can also select "Express Post" while check out. They are sent by Australia Post express parcel post service. 

All international orders (outside Australia) are sent by Australia Post standard international post.

 

Paper and Packaging

All the prints are printed on high quality 300gsm rigid card stock. All our prints are shipped within a rigid cardboard mailer.

 

Returns, refunds & damaged items
These personalised items are made specifically to order and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or incorrect.

We also do not accept order cancellations if you change your mind. 

If an item you have received is damaged in transit, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.  If there is a fault in your product, on Args Republic’s behalf your item will certainly be replaced ASAP. You need to send us a photo of proof of damage.

 

Do your prints come framed?

No, all prints are unframed. This allows us to offer reduced shipping cost and gives you the flexibility to select a colour and style of the frame suit your décor. Your art print will come as A4 or A3 size. All these prints fit in to standard A4 or A3 frames depends on the size you selected.

 

Where can I buy frames to fit your prints?

Appropriate frames are available at major retailers such as Kmart, Officeworks, Ikea, Target, BigW, Spotlight, etc …

 

Colour Accuracy
Despite our utmost efforts to show all products as accurately as possible, due to the nature of the print process, varying monitor and device performance, as well as fundamental differences between web and print colour reproduction, the accuracy of colours displayed on this website cannot be guaranteed.

Your privacy is important to us & in no way are your details shared with anybody else or third party affiliates.
